Panoramic views from the restaurant, Unique architectural design, On-site leisure facilities
The air conditioning barely worked, making it unbearable in the summer heat!!! cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dirt and stains throughout the room. A thorough cleaning is a must!!!

Great views but slow lifts!
Had a nice time overall. The room was really comfy and the views were amazing. Breakfast was spot on with high-quality food. The only thing that drove me nuts was the lifts—so slow! And the bar staff seemed a bit uninterested. Would stay again, just hoping for a quicker lift next time.

Ideal for everyone looking for a special escape
So, we had a wedding gift of afternoon tea at the top floor restaurant, and wow, the views were outstanding, right? And the full English breakfast? Let me tell you, it was so much food we didn’t need to eat again for the rest of the day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering the experience, it felt justified.

The location is fantastic, especially if you want to explore Cadbury World. We enjoyed the 3D storytelling and interactive exhibits, which were perfect for my little one. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the views from our balcony were stunning.
In my wife’s opinion, the elevators were frustratingly slow and not convenient for families with children.

great room but breakfast service could improve
The room provided ample space with a wonderful view of the city, which I enjoyed. The bathroom featured a fantastic shower that added to the comfort of my stay.
The breakfast service felt a bit disorganized.

Not bad for a night
I stayed one night and it was chill. My room had huge windows, so waking up to the sunrise was sweet! The bathroom was nice with good toiletries. Only thing was the lift was super slow during peak times—felt like we waited forever just to get to our room! Breakfast was fab with a great view too.

Had a lovely four-night stay where I especially enjoyed the stunning breakfast room and the comfortable shower. The rooftop bar was a great chill spot to unwind, and I appreciated the calming atmosphere. The only downside was that I wished there had been a cozy chair in the room to sit and relax while watching TV. 😊

Panoramic views from the restaurant are breathtaking, making every meal a unique experience. The spacious balcony in the Superior King Room offers a perfect spot to unwind and take in the sights.
The lift situation is a bit of a hassle. only one was operational during my stay, leading to long waits, especially during peak hours. Key card issues were an inconvenience, frequently malfunctioning and locking me out of my room. The provided toiletries were minimal, missing even basic items like soap or cream. The bed comfort definitely left much to be desired, feeling like a wrestling match with uncooperative springs at night. Breakfast had a bit of a chaotic vibe. dishes were occasionally slow to arrive, leaving guests scrambling when they ran out of time to eat.

The stay in the superior king room showcased a beautifully designed hotel with helpful staff. the in-room phone was non-functional, forcing me to use my mobile to contact reception for room service. A blown light bulb added to the disappointment, making me question a possible return. The dining options included enjoyable American-inspired dishes that stood out.

The highlight of my stay was the breakfast at the Marco Pierre White restaurant, where I enjoyed stunning panoramic views while indulging in a delicious and abundant meal. The room was stylishly decorated and offered remarkable comfort.
